The OmniGreen Labs (OG) Fiber's ingredient is simple: natural wheat dextrin. It has no preservatives, no chemicals, no fillers, no artificial flavors, and no artificial colors. The powder is extremely fine and soft. It has no odor and is nearly tasteless. I couldn’t taste it in water and didn’t notice any change in consistency. It dissolved instantly in hot items, and mixed in great with foods. It is easy to sprinkle over things that normally would not have a huge amount of fiber, so I like the fact I can add it to things other than liquid and benefit from the fiber. Plus it is a great way to sneak some added fiber in to your kid’s foods to give them fiber if you want. They won't even notice.
It clumps a little in colder drinks when the full scoop is dumped in. Putting in a little at a time and mixing before adding more seemed to remedy that issue. The scoop, included in the package, contains about 4 grams of fiber, which amounts to approximately 16% of your daily needed fiber. The container is 7.6 ounces which gives you 38 complete servings. That equates to only 16 cents per gram! Great price for something that can make a difference in your diet.

To try every year and come up with some way to make learning this part of school education seem fun and also do a well enough job that your students all pass it, is such a challenge. Students really do expect to be entertained in some form or fashion while being taught otherwise they decide to turn you off and this really comes into play here with helping make Organic Chemistry fun, entertaining and almost like you are just goofing off with building fun shapes. These are all very lightweight pieces and easily portable and very easy to store as well. The case is very solid and built sturdy to withstand drops without all of the pieces flying out and going everywhere. The clasps on the front are strong and durable to keep this shut. Everything goes together very easily and can be used to make simple as well as complex organic molecules. There are not a whole ton pieces to build several molecules at one time, but definitely can build one at a time no problem. It includes enough pieces to be able to build all simple molecules that you deal with in organic chemistry. This set is very nice and definitely is built to last through many many years of kids using them for organic chemistry. A very nice and very high quality item through and through including the case that they come in.
