I received this product at a discount for an honest review.This supplement is so beneficial for my hair and nails. My only wish is that these were a capsule instead of tablets. Sometimes I have a hard time swallowing them, This stuff works great! My hair, skin, and nails look so healthy! My nails seem stronger and are growing a bit faster since I began using this product. Hoping it will make a lasting difference.
