I have noticed my nails seem to be getting stronger as well. Hemp oil is supposed to strengthen hair, nails; boost immune system; good for heart health; metabolism and a lot of other uses. I have been using hemp oil for my aches and pains for a while now, it really helps especially in my joints. This particular brand seems to work a little bit better than others that I've tried before. It really goes to work quickly and lasts longer. I take some in the morning to get me through my day,and right before bed to help me sleep. Now I don't have to take pain pills or use as much topical ointments and the affects on my body aren't as damaging.
This brand is infused with other oils such as sunflower and letchin which helps the hemp get into my system easier. The one draw back is this mixture gives it and unexpected flavor( wasn't quite used to it). I do like that it is easier to digest than straight hemp oil. And the fact that this is an all natural product is wonderful. I would definitely recommend trying this over other brands of hemp, and absolutely over pills .
