The set is easy to use, either the chisel tip or bullet point tip. It also comes with 2 extra tips in case you damage one or it dries up.
One you have chosen the tip you'd prefer then you press down a little bit on the tip facing up to release the ink, cover it up shake it up and then press down on the tip to prime the tip. The ink doesn't take long to come out. After you have released the ink it is important to store the markers horizontally (flat) so that the tip does not dry up.
I found that these work on any nonporous surface and wipes away with a wet cloth easily. These would be great to make window art for the holidays or grab a dry erase board and allow your kids to make their own art to hang on the walls. Or if you are like me then you have chalkboard wall paper and they can draw on that.
Chalk markers are great for labeling or decorating. I have found if I use window cleaner or soap and water I can get it completely clean.
