I have noticed my nails seem to be getting stronger as well. Hemp oil is supposed to strengthen hair, nails; boost immune system; good for heart health; metabolism and a lot of other uses. I can't attest to whether it works for those things but I'm seeing an improvement in my immunity I believe. You only take a teaspoon a day and it doesn't have an odor or any bad taste. I have been using hemp oil for my aches and pains for a while now, it really helps especially in my joints. This particular brand seems to work a little bit better than others that I've tried before. It really goes to work quickly and lasts longer. I take some in the morning to get me through my day,and right before bed to help me sleep. Now I don't have to take pain pills or use as much topical ointments and the affects on my body aren't as damaging.

This brand is infused with other oils such as sunflower and letchin which helps the hemp get into my system easier. The one draw back is this mixture gives it and unexpected flavor( wasn't quite used to it). I do like that it is easier to digest than straight hemp oil. And the fact that this is an all natural product is wonderful. I would definitely recommend trying this over other brands of hemp, and absolutely over pills .

Everyone is super busy these days and I'm no exception, however it's so easy when you come home from a hard days work to just fall into bad eating habits and grab whatever is convenient which let's face it ends up being processed foods. These are NOT good for us, so I was eager to try out these Bento lunch boxes for some food prep. Making meals ahead of time is a great time saver but those meals have to be edible later.

One thing I noticed that was missing from the description of these lunch boxes is the size of the compartment. Each box has 3 compartments sized:
small - 1/2 cup
medium - 1 cup
large - 3 cups

This hammock is lightweight, and very easy to pack / unpack. It does not come with any mounting hardware for indoor or outdoor use - not a surprise at this price, just be aware. With mounting points in place (from our other hammock), this was a matter of seconds to put up.

The hammock material is parachute nylon - light, heavy duty and comfortable to sit in. It connects to the mounting hardware with carabiners on each end, so you can use almost any mounting hardware if the included straps won’t work perfectly in your setup. The cords all feel strong and secure, and the stitching looks solid as well. The hammock has a bag integrated, so you can take down the hammock and wrap it into the bag without worrying about losing the bag. Most importantly, it is very comfortable to lie back and fall asleep in.

We have mostly been using it in our backyard; the hammock is so easy to get down that we have been bringing it in every night. Not sure how it would handle water, or squirrels hiding nuts in it; it is all weather, but that doesn’t mean you want to get in after it gets wet. We have a rope hammock that is much less comfortable, and stays outside all the time, but it doesn’t collect water at all.

It rolls nicely into the attached case. That's new for me because I typically can't get something back into the original packaging. Fortunately, this one is easy to use and fit perfectly back into place. The hooks to hang it are HEAVY DUTY! I tried to abuse them a little before entrusting them to hold my weight and they didn't break or budge. The hammock itself is a lovely material that has nice tactile feedback in my opinion. It's rated to hold up to 600 pounds and there is plenty of room for more than one individual.

I can't really tell you that they work because I haven't had them for a month and you are supposed ot increase a cup size after a month or two. The pills are easy to swallow. From reading the ingredient list it is pretty natural. Fenugreek Seed, Saw Palmetto Berries, and Fennel Seed are the top 3. You take two pills a day. It is my hopes that I will see the results soon.
