Prompt delivery. Organized and nice packaging. I switched to another brand from the regular brand that I use. After researching on the different types of turmeric, I have decided to try another brand. I'm still in the initial period of trying out this brand, but so far so good. No complaints of any negative side effects. The price is good for the quality of the turmeric. My entire family with the exception of my young daughter, takes this turmeric. My husband takes it for allergy purposes. He says it helps him during allergy seasons...and he has very bad allergies. Now that tree pollen count is high, he still feels some allergy symptoms, but it isn't as bad as before, prior to his turmeric intake. In addition to controlling allergy symptoms, he also takes it for his joints. He takes turmeric along with collagen, and he feels that there is some improvement on how he feels with his joints. I'm not sure if it's the combination of the effects, but there is also no negative effects from either. So if you're interested on the benefits of turmeric, I'd suggest you research on the different types and benefits of the different types before purchasing just because it says turmeric. Some ingredients added to the turmeric also affects how well it works for you.
