Lavender oil is good for anything from pain and/or stress relief to help with blood circulation. It can also be used as a natural disinfectant. This lavender oil is pleasantly delightful to inhale. It has a prominent, but not over-powering scent. The aroma gently builds and will definitely leave you wanting to smell yourself. I know that sounds funny, but trust me. I used this to massage my neck prior to going to bed. As I was lying there, I kept sniffing my hands. You will definitely love this lavender oil.

Sweet orange oil can be used as an antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic. The smell of the orange oil is said to create a happy mood. Additionally, rubbing the orange oil externally on mild abrasions or inflammation can help inhibit microbial growth and reduce inflammation and related pain. The sweet orange oil in this set if very citrus-y. Imagine the freshest, sweetest, and juiciest orange you can. Think back to when you peeled that orange and how great your hands smelled afterwards. That pretty much sums up the smell of this oil.

Eucalyptus oil has many uses, including being used as a way to: eliminate microbial growth in wounds, rid the hair of lice, reduce inflammation, help with respiratory problems (asthma), and eliminate mental exhaustion. Again, these are the external uses for this oil. I have used this oil as a stimulant to wake me up and help me think more clearly. This particular eucalyptus is very potent. However, it isn't overwhelming either. While not my favorite essential oil for the scent, it is a nice oil to have due to the benefits.

Tea tree oil is definitely not my favorite. That being said, it is one of the best oils included. Tea tree oil has a ton of benefits. It can be used to increase blood circulation, eliminate scarring, reduce dandruff and hair loss, fight fungal infections, and so much more. Another cool use of tea tree oil is as an expectorant. The next time you are coughing or have a cold, put some tea tree oil on your chest or your pillow at night. It will definitely help you to feel better.

Peppermint oil has many of the same benefits as tea tree oil and can be used in basically the same way. However, it is also supposed to help with headaches and motion sickness. If you put a diluted drop on your forehead, it is said to help eliminate your headache. Also, inhaling peppermint oil is supposed to alleviate motion sickness. The peppermint oil in this set has a nice sweet aroma.

Lemongrass is a good way to reduce rheumatic pain. As someone who suffers from fibromyalgia, I can definitely appreciate this aspect of lemongrass. While nothing fully eliminates fibromyalgia pain, it is nice to know that there is a natural way to reduce the pain.

Review of Fallen

It was a good retelling of the frog prince. I enjoyed all the books in this series so far. She is very imaginative and descriptive. It is like the folk tales of old, in which the purpose of telling was to teach a lesson. There are so many possible lessons approached within the Crowns of the Twelve series, that by the end you are left uncertain WHO they are truly for or WHAT was even learned.

Review of The Hunger

Not the best piece of fantasy I've ever read. I read often and I found the book hard to follow and the characters hard to get behind. too much to try and keep track of which isn't bad in itself, but if you're already behind the 8-ball trying to figure out who is who, it can get kind of messy. Reminds me a bit of Tolkien in that I had a hard time reading it.. due to how it was written, but with Tolkien, I at least cared about the characters and could follow the story. Here, I may be a bit picky, but if you don't grab my attention by the story or character by the 3rd chapter, you've lost me. I need something to make me want to care for the main character and I didn't get it in this book.

Prompt delivery. Organized and nice packaging. I switched to another brand from the regular brand that I use. After researching on the different types of turmeric, I have decided to try another brand. I'm still in the initial period of trying out this brand, but so far so good. No complaints of any negative side effects. The price is good for the quality of the turmeric. My entire family with the exception of my young daughter, takes this turmeric. My husband takes it for allergy purposes. He says it helps him during allergy seasons...and he has very bad allergies. Now that tree pollen count is high, he still feels some allergy symptoms, but it isn't as bad as before, prior to his turmeric intake. In addition to controlling allergy symptoms, he also takes it for his joints. He takes turmeric along with collagen, and he feels that there is some improvement on how he feels with his joints. I'm not sure if it's the combination of the effects, but there is also no negative effects from either. So if you're interested on the benefits of turmeric, I'd suggest you research on the different types and benefits of the different types before purchasing just because it says turmeric. Some ingredients added to the turmeric also affects how well it works for you.
