I have been taking them after every meal. They are easy to swallow and they have no after taste and have no weird odor. I like they don’t have fish burps. I was really surprised that there weren't any fish burps, because I have tried several other kinds and that happened with all of them. I like that there is 2400mg of Omega in each serving. They are also purified and mercury free. These are cholesterol free. Omega 3 helps your immune system and supports brain function. It also promotes heart health. I also like that the list of ingredients in the soft-gels is a very small list. I know that means there are no fillers or other junk in them. I have been looking for an Omega 3 that was this powerful and easy to take. This fits the bill. It will also last a long time. With so many places telling you to take Omega 3, I'm glad I found something so powerful and good for you. I have only been taking these a couple of days, but I do feel healthier.
