The blades are super sharp and have a wide cutting path. I attached a video of me peeling a zucchini. The blade cut through the zucchini like magic. Since the blades are so sharp you have to be really careful handling the blades so you don't cut yourself, especially when changing the blades. You get four interchange blades that each do a different job. The blades are made from a high quality food grade stainless steel, so you can just throw them in the dishwasher if you don't want to hand wash them. A cleaning brush is also included.
After peeling my zucchini i changed the blade to the slicing blade and cut long strips of the zucchini to use for my gluten-free zucchini noodles.
. It has 2 julienne razors one small the other a little thicker. It also comes with 2 cutting/slicing razors. The razors are really easier to exchange when needed by unhooking the side bar and inserting a new razor. This product fits great in your hands and is so easy to use. Its durable and easy to clean.
