These silicone Muffin & Cupcake baking trays are super convenient and easy to use. I read the user instructions and then I made mini mushroom & sundried tomato pesto quiches with them. I was able to push underneath the tray (underneath each individual quiche) and pop them out - yes 'pop' them out. They came out so easily and effortlessly, no sticking at all. I had sprayed a little oil on the baking tray first, however, I think that the quiches would have popped out even without the use of the oil.
Clean up was a breeze, it took me just seconds to clean the pan with a bit of hot soapy water and voila ready to use again.

This light is super convenient and something I use on a daily basis.
