This product has many different functions. It is great for small tasks in the kitchen when you do not want to get down your large electric food processor. The product cleans easily and works well. I have used the mandolin for slicing a large variety of vegetables and I have used the processor itself for scrambling eggs and making crepe batter along with making some homemade chunky salsa and I haven't had a single problem with it. I highly recommend this product if you are going to be doing any summer time camping. It is small and easy to store in a camping trailer or RV and it would work wonderfully for dry camping or tent camping without electricity.Great for a small kitchen or a dorm room.

The blades are super sharp and have a wide cutting path. I attached a video of me peeling a zucchini. The blade cut through the zucchini like magic. Since the blades are so sharp you have to be really careful handling the blades so you don't cut yourself, especially when changing the blades. You get four interchange blades that each do a different job. The blades are made from a high quality food grade stainless steel, so you can just throw them in the dishwasher if you don't want to hand wash them. A cleaning brush is also included.

After peeling my zucchini i changed the blade to the slicing blade and cut long strips of the zucchini to use for my gluten-free zucchini noodles.

. It has 2 julienne razors one small the other a little thicker. It also comes with 2 cutting/slicing razors. The razors are really easier to exchange when needed by unhooking the side bar and inserting a new razor. This product fits great in your hands and is so easy to use. Its durable and easy to clean. These silicone Muffin & Cupcake baking trays are super convenient and easy to use. I read the user instructions and then I made mini mushroom & sundried tomato pesto quiches with them. I was able to push underneath the tray (underneath each individual quiche) and pop them out - yes 'pop' them out. They came out so easily and effortlessly, no sticking at all. I had sprayed a little oil on the baking tray first, however, I think that the quiches would have popped out even without the use of the oil.
Clean up was a breeze, it took me just seconds to clean the pan with a bit of hot soapy water and voila ready to use again.

This light is super convenient and something I use on a daily basis. Not just for night time reading but for early in the morning so I can write without turning on all the lights and waking everyone up.
